Enrollment & Waitlist Policy
Our classes are offered on a first-come, first-paid basis. We offer 15 spots in our Little Performers class and 25 spots in our Young Performers class. Class enrollment remains open until 01 hour before Class Session 01 begins. We are currently working to build a Waitlist for prospective participants in the event our classes reach maximum capacity. All class fees are due at the time of registration. We are unable to offer payment plans or in-person payments at this time.
Cancellation Policy
You may receive a full refund up to 01 hour before Class Session 01 begins. You may be eligible for a prorated refund in the time frame between Class Session 01 and Class Session 02. Following Class Session 02, refunds for cancellations will not be considered.
Photography & Videography Policy
Our Photography & Videography Policy is distributed to Parents/Guardians during Class Session 01. A digital copy of our Policy will be available on this page shortly.
Parent/Aid Participation Policy
We understand that the nature of our work is fun and challenging, and we aim to create an environment that supports all types of performers. If participants need Parent/Aid assistance, please get in touch with info@creativesparkchildrenstheater.org so we can plan how to support your participant best.
Privacy Policy
Creative Spark utilizes Wix.com to host our website. This website is owned and operated by Creative Spark Children's Theater. Any data collected by Wix.com is subject to its Privacy Policy. Our website features a "Do Not Sell My Data" link at the bottom of the page in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

When you visit our website, we are able to see where you came from (ie. Facebook, Google, etc.), what pages you visited on our site, how long you stayed, and the relative geographic location you are based in (down to the city). All visitors are anonymous and we receive no other information than what's listed above.

Creative Spark treats all collected data with the utmost respect and privacy. When you enroll in classes, we collect a Parent/Guardian's name and contact information, the Participant's name and allergy/other medical information, an Emergency Contact's name and contact information, and the Parent/Guardian's payment information and billing address. Staff Members have access to your information in the event of an emergency and will never share your information with persons outside of the Creative Spark organization other than emergency personelle.

Payments are handled through Wix Payments and processed through a third-party organization, either Adyen or Stripe. All payments are subject to Wix Payment's Terms of Service, Adyen's Privacy Statement, and Stripe's Privacy Policy. Creative Spark never sees your credit/debit card details, only whether your payment was successful.
